Which Printer is right for me?

Although all of these TSC desktop label printers are highly reliable and efficient machines, certain printers may be more suitable for your use case. 

DA210

The DA210 is a more affordable version of the DA220, however, does have some restrictions as a result. The DA210 prints at 203 dpi, and prints using direct thermal only. The DA210 has USB, Bluetooth and Bluetooth MFi connectivity, 16MB DRAM and 8MB flash storage. The DA210 has a max media width of 4.25”, and a max print length of 110”. 

DA220

The DA220 is similar to the DA210 but offers a few additional features. The DA220 prints at 203 dpi with direct thermal printing only. The DA220 has a few options for hardwire connectivity including Ethernet, Serial RS-232, USB, and USB host. The DA220 can also be connected wirelessly with either Bluetooth, Bluetooth MFi, or Wi-Fi. The DA220 has 64MB SDRAM and 128MB flash storage and has a max media width of 4.25”. The DA220 has a max media length of 1000”, a significant increase over the DA210. 

TE200

The TE200 is a more affordable alternative to the TE210, however, does lose some of the TE210’s features as a result. The TE200 prints at a resolution of 203 dpi, using either direct thermal printing or thermal transfer. The TE200 can be connected via USB or Bluetooth only and has 16MB SDRAM and 8MB flash storage. The TE200 has a max media width of 4.25” and a max media length of 110”. 

TE210

Finally, the TE210 is an upgrade of the TE200, offering more features than its predecessor. The TE210 prints at 203 dpi, with direct thermal and thermal transfer printing being offered. The TE210 can be connected through either ethernet, serial RS-232, USB, USB Host, Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. The TE210 has 64MB SDRAM, 128MB flash storage, a max media width of 4.25”, and a max media length of 1000”. 

All of these excellent desktop printers are in stock now, and if you buy any of these products before the end of August 2022, you will receive an additional year warranty at no extra cost.
